As per my post in the duplicate thread in C&V Appraisals section, it is most likely a late 1930s or 1940s Bianchi Folgore.

I just noticed that you have posted a serial number that is not in your other thread. Given that a couple of 1951 models with Paris-Roubaix single lever gear changers and 287xxx serial numbers have been registered, this bicycle would appear to be circa 1949/1950.
