I am 4 for 4 with one project that I will be taking my time on so I do not count that one.

100% (5/5 - see My Bikes on the left). I try to rotate between them evenly, although the Paramount gets ridden less than the others because I'd like it to avoid wear on that one more than the others.

Proudly and finally 100 percent. The cannondale I used as a donor is now just a 23 inch frame I intend to sell.

I have six bicycles at the moment (just sold two yesterday) and they are all roadworthy, however; four of them are wall art, taken out only now and again.
I just love the looks of old school iron, but to be honest, I do not like to ride them all that much anymore. My riders include a Cyclops ten speed and a Motobecane Grand Jubilee, and the Motobe does not really see all that much time anymore.
Will I opt for something even newer? Probably not. My Cyclops is as nice a riding bicycle as I can imagine and I doubt that I will ever find something that better suits my seventy year old needs. But every now and again, it is fun, to step back in time and spend some time with something like this...
And, yes, the Legnano is in perfect running condition.

100% and 6 of the 8 are in the rotation now. The Moto seems to like the stationary trainer and stays there. Babe the Blue Oxen was built for riding salty sloppy winter roads and is currently in the loft awaiting the first snow flakes. But she was cleaned and serviced before climbing those stairs so she's good to go.
My wife's two bikes are road ready too.

6 of 8 that are directly mine are ridable. The tandem is and both my wifes bikes. I have one additional one that is targeted for one of my daughters that is still a frame only.
Those that are not ridable are stripped to frame sets with no parts attached. I am not sure I have enough part to build them all!

100% -- or 6 out of 6. All of my bikes are ridden. If I quit riding them, it's time to sell them.

24 bikes, 7 in stages of completion (or not). The balance are all ready to ride - just add air.

2/2 here, not that its a stretch with my small heard. Both get ridden regularly, and its mainly my Engineer's Disease and CDO.

13/14 (not counting unbuilt frames or the not-for-me pile of free bikes waiting to be readied for sale on CL).
My Lambert has a flat tire on the rear and an IGH, so it's been sitting for months. Every time I think, "Let's ride the Lambert today," I then think "Oh yeah. Flat tire."
Yes, I really am that lazy.

One needs to be greased, another greased and adjusted, and the other needs components but is greased. Realy wish I had more time this summer!

I have a lot of bikes, and pretty much make it a point that if I build something up, it's ready to grab and go. So right now that's around 27 bikes, though a couple are making annoying noises that I need to tend to and one I discovered last week has a broken spoke in the rear wheel that I haven't done anything about. I also have a couple of frame sets that aren't built up, but I'm not seeing any compelling need to do that.

ready for a 'Long ride'? well that rules out the MTBs and junkers, so.... I'd have to say that all of the primary 'pavement bikes' are ready. Fuji, both Univegas and the Miyata are ready - but the Miyata is out in AZ...
The old Sears women's 3-speed and wife's ridden-once Sears-bought women's Schwinn 12-speed need to replace tires/tubes (which I have on hand) but are otherwise ready. But those are not set up for me.
The Huffy MTB is ready, and the Woodlands MTB needs the chain either replaced or oiled but ready... but neither one would I consider riding more than a couple of miles just because I have better bikes suited for that duty....
About the only one that needs work is the Mutt (may be a Raleigh Aleska(?) ) That one is waiting for a refurb to be my crushed-stone rail-trail/GAP-C&O bike. One SunTour thumb shifter is FUBAR'd(was that way when I bought it), the rear axle is toast.... but whaddya want for $40!

This is a very good year for me, as I have ten bikes, including my tandem, and only one is not ready to ride, my 1973 Raleigh Twenty, and I don't like it anyway. Once I get it working well, I'll be selling it.
That's 90% for me.
I guess I should emulate @nlerner and do a "nine bikes in nine days" thread.

I own 5 road bikes (two are vintage), my wife has a bike, and two granddaughters have bicycles here. All eight bikes are clean, lubed, and with the exception of checking tire pressure.... ready to ride.

I have 5 out of 6 in "ride right now" shape. One. (the Holdsworth), is in the process of getting new wheels and tires, as well as new gearing. I'm not counting a nice Schwinn Tempo frame I just picked up that is in the process of a 650b build. I also have 2 bikes for sale, both road worthy, that I'm not counting.

I don't have a collection, but I have a fleet.
100% ready to ride: 4/4 commuters/workbikes, 2/2 pleasure bikes, 2/2 guest bikes, and 2/2 vacation bikes (based on last known condition).
Not counted is my 76 Empire Professional, which has been completely to bits since 2010 and is awaiting painting and reassembly (but not a high priority project relative to house and motorized transportation, at the moment.

Strictly counting vintage, nothing modern or whatever donor kids bikes.
Prefer not to count but.... 13 out of 19 are presentable and probably 9 are regularly ridden. Anxious and soon number 14 (have a thread on the project). Also quite pleased the tandem is getting good use this year, guest and family.
Though rather hectic, finding time and playing around with bikes is far down the list. Rain or shine, I much prefer to sneak a few hours in for a quick ride. Best time of the season I cherish these longer days, getting up extra early or even a ride in after 8:00 pm.

We spent the whole weekend moving storage units, so was going to recatalog the bikes and frames. I'm thinking 1/4 ready to ride, 1/4 in state of repair, 1/4 to build, and 1/4 frames.

Hmmm...
Trek mtb - dusty, not ridden in 2 years, might have too many issues for a long ride
Spec. mtb - ready to roll
83 Spec. Sequoia - just a frame, in limbo... build it? sell it?
Jamis Coda - ready to roll with a kid seat on it
Schwinn High Sierra - ready to roll I suppose but it still has winter tires on it!
Centurion - ready to roll
83ish Bianchi - under construction
3.5 out of 7. That actually wasn't as bad I was first thinking. Would be happier if I sell one or two of these.

7/9 are ready to go though I'm two saddles short. One BSO needs to go and a Fuji touring bike awaits retirement.
