We (including my wife's two) are 100% rideable (4/4). In fact, she took out her backup bike for the first time today since getting the Indy Fab last summer. She didn't want to risk the pretty IF paint job at the local YMCA. She'll probably be doing more of that this year, until her knees require major work.
I keep both mine ready to go, at least until the weather gets more summer-stable up here in the PNW, when I plan to strip down the Miyata 912 rain/fender bike and give the frame and fork a Frame Saver refresh.
We shouldn't count her former custom Erickson frame, since it became unsafe to ride with a frame crack. Maybe a local frame builder would like it for anything salvageable from the frame and fork.

10/10 100% but I only count "intent to build" meaning I have a couple of frames in the on deck circle, one waiting on a new headset before building and another needing a lot of cosmetic work. All my put together bikes are good to go.

All 8 of my bikes I can jump on at any given time and ride as far as I want to go. The only exception is a bike I got out of a dumpster about 2 weeks ago, which is a Dawes, it has all the components except no wheels though it did come with hubs attached by the quick releases, no seat, and will need new cables and chain along with a relube of the BB and hubs. I have a new set of rims, spokes, nipples (all bought new about 20 years ago) and a pair of used hubs, so when I get the time I have to build a wheelset for the Dawes. But the Dawes paint job is in pretty good shape, for some reason it's missing the model decal so I don't know what it is, probably a Super Galaxy since it looks a lot like this one: .

100%. All bikes have tires 1 to 2 years old with excellent tread on them. They are in excellent working condition. All but one is super clean. I just wish I were in as good of shape as the bikes.

Not sure if I want to put my new and never used Suntour Superbe Tech rear and Superbe Pro front derailleur on it or not, I'll probably sell it once I'm done so I may just buy Shimano XT instead and save the Superbe stuff since the Superbe stuff may be worth more than the bike itself!. The crankset I'll probably get a Sugino triple. However I'll have to find parts used since buying new I would never be able to sell the bike and get what I put into it for parts, but around where I live rarely does anything come up in the parts department used, which means I'll end up on E-bay. I do have pedals several nice sets of pedals I can use. Like I said it's a project that's going to a while before I can start it.

Over time, it has never been 100%. But I was doing quite well recently, with 8 out of 9 for 89%. But that dropped to 8 out of 10 for 80% ready to ride a few days ago. Thanks to the "Clunker Challenge", I rescued a Craig's List, 1964 Super Sport in sad condition. I'm going to start a separate "Bikes Annonymous" thread to detail how weaned myself down from 30+ to my present happy state. Don

Four of six, although I wouldn't have any problem taking the fifth around the block or to the corner store. Fifth just needs a really good going through and possibly new bars, and sixth is a bare frame and fork.

Everything in sig line is ready to ride.
oooopps - no pedals on tandem for stoker.
edit: all of the bikes get ridden regularly, although the mountain bike and beach cruiser haven't seen a mountain or a beach in years and are really only 'around-the-block-bikes' lately.
Now if all the tubulars have to be glued, well I'm in a pickle to decide which wheelset gets which tires on a couple (note: there are a few spare wheels as well). Some of these bikes ride totally different with 30mm instead of 22mm, plus the drop-out adjusters.

Strictly speaking....in direct answer to the question 10/20 for me, 5/7 for her, 1/1 for us, and 2/3 for the kids. So, 18/31 or 58%
Of the total of 13 unfinished, 7 are for near term sale and I have my sights set one new project. Not helping me get to my goal of 20 total...

Only 1 is currently non rideable, and another if you wanna count it, but I don't consider it as part of my collection. I'll finish it to sell. I need an inner chain ring and I can build my Prologue back up again.

yes, i am hoping it will be done at the powder coater this week and shipped early next. I think it may have been you that posted a link to this https://www.flickr.com/photos/clockw...7634792911485/ all-rounder that turned me on to his work. Thanks!

50% . Since I am in the earlier stages of collecting, and building, I am finding I don't have the right wheels (or enough) for different bikes I have.

My road/commuter/touring bike is always ready to go.
My tri bike is on a trainer stand with a strange rear wheel and tire. Switch out the rear wheel to the "real world ride" setup, maybe a shifter cable adjustment, and it's good to go out in the world.
My mountain bike does not yet exist, but I am shopping for one. So I'm guessing that doesn't count in the numerator ;-)

I'm at 50% on my bikes, the Motobecane C5 and Arthur Caygill are ready to go, my Macario is a slow project, buying parts before the retro mod build and my Dawes Giro is waiting for cheap parts to turn up for my Clunker build. My wife's is ready to and looking unlikely to be ever worn out and my daughters balance bike and the anticipated pedal bike are jump on able.
