at the bike shop rade THEY me this cycling to lombardo Taranto 400 Lombardi Veloce Revolution 27 is intended for road and forest use now I don't know which one is the best

Well, the translation is spot-on. Never heard of the bikes, though. The Taranto looks like a typical modern city bike, according to Google.

Having had another look at the bikes in question, I'd agree with @ksryder.
However, if it were me with that kind of budget, I'd try to find a secondhand Koga-Miyata Terraliner from the early nineties. If you're in Holland, you should be able to find one for less than €400.
