Which Campagnolo derailleur is this?

Just pulled this off of an old Raleigh; which model is it? Record 90? Regards.

Those work pretty well, beyond their appearance.
Bought one while I was a starving student in college as I just had to keep the bike Full Campagnolo.

Is that the 1990 equivalent of the 980, which is what I have on the 1959 Capo, because its original GS was worn out.
