1977 pashley picador fittings
Hello everyone,
this is my first post! i was wondering if anyone had any ideas about fitting lights to the late 70s pashley picador i have just refurbished. i would ideally like as close to orginal as possible. the front light seems to have been attached to a dynamo, based on the bracket what light should i be looking out for? Additionally how would the back light have been attached. Im guessing it was attached to on of the seat stays, but i don't know how a dynamo would be attached to either of the wheels on the axel. I don’t seem to be able to find any photos of the trike at that period so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!

The front light bracket looks much like what many basic Raleigh's used in the 1970s (and likely before) Those lights were all steel sheet, pressed and folded into shape. Battery versions (with 2 "D" cells and a weak filament bulb) were more common. Oh and they often rattled on the bracket as it was a simple slide on fit, the bracket was the tongue and the light had a sleeve/pocket. If there were to be a dynamo I suspect it would have been a front hub/tire position. Andy
