Your bike could be one of the 354, 434, 564, 754, 954 Aluminum series from the late 80's to early 90's. If so, they have a PDG (Paramount Design Group) sticker on them. But, they aren't considered a real Paramount. I believe they were made in Asia.

I'll just add that all Paramounts, were steel, with the exception of a titanium special anniversary edition made on contract by Match in 1998-99. I believe cb400bill meant to type "PDG (Paramount Design Group) as the sticker you see on your frame. PDG was located at the Waterford, WI facility which made Paramounts in the 1980s until 1994. They provided the plans for these frames.

When Schwinn went bankrupt in 1994, the Waterford facility was sold to Richard Schwinn and others who started Waterford Precision Cycles, which continues to build bikes. Richard can be very helpful if you email him.

Look for a small 4 digit vertical number stamped into the headbadge of your frame. It might look something like "0128" and is a date code for when the frame was produced. The first three digits are the day in the year, "012" equates to the 12 day or January 12th. The last digit, "8" is the year, which could be 1978, 1988, 1998. Knowing the aluminum frames were made in the late 1980s to early '90s, narrows the search in Catalogs.

I meant to add that I've seen listed on ebay a very rare carbon fiber Paramount (but never an aluminum Paramount).
