Classic British Bike

Hey Guys,

This is my Latest Build, just got it. Late 50's Moth. Mostly Complete. I do need 2 parts to finish it, if any of you can help. It would be great.

I need one of these Yoke hangers, early Weinmann with the Red 999 insert.

Also need a round hole Normandy rear hub To match this one.

I will be posting updates on the build, mostly just cleaning, servicing , restoring to riding condition and Preserving what's there.

Can't help with the parts - sorry, but that's very much my kinda bike, so I'm subscribing anyway, if you don't mind.

I can't help either, but are those braze-ons for bar end shifters original?

5 Normandy hubs in shed, all oval holes. What are those?

Round holes are from the 50's.

Absolutely love that early GB stem! Classic. This should be a fantastic project over the winter.

Thanks for all the nice compliments, its a mid 50's Armstrong Moth. All original, missing the original rear wheel one Stradle cable hanger , and period correct pedals. Yes, it was built for barend controls, has Campagnolo dropouts . Paint isnt holding up too good. Washed it with regular soap and water. It washed off lots of grime and dry paint.
