I take it back, now that I'm home and can look at the bikes. My '74 PX-10 has the 531 triangles on both sides of the fork. The Gitane TdF has a map of France on one side and the 531 decal on the other.

Has coddling tendencies.
Maybe it's just my monitor, or the eyes, but the 531 numbering in the reconstructed images above is a little more blue than green. Green is what I remember, and see in the original pictures. Great work though. Gives me hope for constructing custom decals when the need comes.
