BikePartsUSA must have heard me complaining about their out of stock part and it was back in stock when I went to order my new Alloy rims. Thanks to those who offered to help. =) I've now got over $150 in parts on a $5 schwinn... here and USAZorro said he'd make me stop upgrading. LOL.

Though I'd ask around here if anyone has a spare rear derailleur hanger that I could buy off ya as it appears that bikepartsusa.com is out of them and no ETA listed. I picked up a NOS Shimano 105 RD for the traveler off ebay and the hanger on the Shimano 400 that is hanging on the bike now isn't removable. Here's a picture of the current RD / Hanger for reference:

Thanks!

Does that 105 have a 10mm or 6mm bolt?

Let me see what I can find to measure with. It's a RD-1050 model, an older model, eyeballing it I'm going to guess 10mm but I'll confirm as soon as I find a tape.

... ok, from my best estimate and eye balls with the tape measure the bolt with threads looks to be about 8-9mm in diameter. If you sub off 1mm on each side for threading, then I'm going to change my answer to 6mm. Of course I can't find anything online that will answer definatively for me with google.

Ask around at some LBSs. I got mine at a MTB shop that had one come in with some shipment. It's a new Suntour that I picked up for a $2 tip.
