99% original 1960 Capo Modell Campagnolo on eBay

Item #7193903242

Except for the aluminum Campag. seat post and possibly the chainrings (originals were Agrati, as are the cranks; I have seen both 52-48 / 14-16-18-20-22 and 52-46 / 14-17-20-23-26 stock gearing combinations), this is indeed a fully stock 1960 30th anniversary edition Capo Modell Campagnolo. The paint, decals, and chrome are in rough shape, but it appears to be mechanically sound.

With a stiff starting bid. This seller often locates interesting stuff, but often is very optimistic regarding facts and condition. Note his assesment of the finish is much more glowing than your realistic view. I went by the store long ago, he had some other bikes as well that don't show up on ebay, an old Bianchi town bike for big dollars and a San Marcos Masi for big big dollars. The shop was supposed to be open but was locked up that day, perhaps he made enough that day and went surfing.

$300 may not be that high, given the relatively valuable Campag. hubs and derailleurs.

I did pay only $20 for mine, but it is not the 1960 30th anniversary edition, some bozo had already replaced the original hubs with Shimano-hubbed Bike Nashbar specials, and the Campag. front derailleur was worn out because of inadequate maintenance.
