Hello Guys, last time I posted I was asking about the right crank to go with my campy BB. Like I said, here in Brazil itīs not that easy getting vintage parts, so I had to work with what I had im my hands. That means using some Shimano Sora parts, mixed with used campagnolo components, but it work fine in the end.
I found this Basso Gap frame in a very bad condition, from a guy that stripped the bike for parts (to use on a Fuji...), and left the frame in a local bike shop that didnīt know anything about the frame. Paid about 80 dollars for it (at the exchange rate at the time).
I took me a whole year to finish the job, but itīs done and Iīm posting these pictures to say thanks to you guys who helped me put the bike together,asnwering my questions.
The Basso provides a great ride, and I can hardelly wait for the weekends to come so I can ride it.
About the color... a bianchi celeste green variation... but mine is almost white under the sun.

Unique Vintage Steel
I like it. The color is unique but understated, something that fits the frame quite well. See you got your hands on a Cinelli stem, a nice touch. I just got mine in a few days ago myself and hoping to install it on the bike tomorrow. The Sora derailleurs will work just fine for the time being, and probably shift as well if not better than vintage Campy (or any other brand for that matter). What did you wrap the drive side chain stay in to protect it? I can see its wrapped in something with a little depth to it not quite like electical tape would look but maybe the light is playing tricks on me.

Looks like electrical tape, to me, maybe doubled? Seems you have long legs and like an aggressive riding posture. The bike looks very pretty, and the green's great. Nice work.

Youīre right about the legs and the posture, I was lucky to find a bike that fits me. The tape is some kind of electrical tape, but itīs glue isnīt so agressive, so I can easily take it of if I need whitout harms to the painting.
This Cinelli Stem was a bargain... about 20 dollars, at the current exchange rate, it was less than that when I bought it... Itīs a shame theyīre so hard to find and theyīre not produced like that anymore.
