Puch Mistral on ebay
Hi all!
This is my first post on a forum ever...
I spotted the following on ebay.de, and am now trusting you lot not to outbid me
https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEBI%3AIT&rd=1
It's a very pretty Puch Mistral frame, and appears to be brand spanking new. I'm not a collector, I just like Puch bikes, having ridden like a nutter on a succession of ratly old ones whilst living in Austria. I'd build it into a nice riding bike.
What's it worth (in Europe), and is it any good? What's the history? This model seems to have been in production for ages, with quite a few changes and submodels.
Also, I have a Puch Prima Super Sport 12 at home. Anyone know owt about them? Mine has puch tubes and simplex gears (still working!).
Thanks in advance,
Dave Morris

Hello Dave,
Welcome to forums.
Nice frame, seems to be going up in cost at the
moment (I checked the auction 2 times changed both)
around here I would say $125.00 for a new frame/fork isn't
out of the question, figure 100Euro?
Not sure of the Mistral, but I have a feeling it's a late 80's early
90's given the graphics.
Over here the Puch were always lesser frames than say the
A-Ds (same company).
hoist a newkie bruun for me.
marty
(where the fog on the tyne is all mine?).

I see that it has got over 80€, and that the competition from mr shoe looks hot. Amusingly, there is better frame made by Moser going for less than the Puch. I suppose that shows whay a pretty paint job and nostalgia can do for prices
