1984 Gazelle and Batavus catalogs!

My brother-in-law came across these while cleaning his garage. I can scan these in if anyone's interested.

aye, I think my Gazelle is a few years older than an '84, but it would still be great to see the catalogs.

Here's a test scan from the Gazelle catalog. Is this hi-res enough?

hmmm I think we could help here.

on a similiar note I have 2 or 3 old Joco catalogues, one from 1937
and then some 50's vintage?
I should scan them in.

Heheh; my wife's Dutch and even she can't read some of it. I figured out 'trommelremmen' is drum brakes, anyway.

That huge pic is only a shade over 1MB saved at JPEG level 8. I figured scanning the catalogs would be sorta pointless unless you could make out all the details.

I'm hoping Bob Hufford will happen along and tell me what parameters he saves all that old Schwinn material at.

Yeah, 1mb at that size is great. The details at that point are pretty much limited to the quality of the original.
