Sugino GT crank + modern Shimano SIS derailleur

I am puttinmg together a little project and I would like to use a Sugino GT crankset (110mm BCD and 74mm BCD) with 24t(74mm)/34t(110mm)/46t(110mm) chainrings.

I would like to use this in conjunction with a brand new Shimano front derailleur and Shimano Dura-Ace SL-7800 down tube shifters.

I know the 24t/34t/46t matches the capability of many of the Shimano derailleurs with a range of 22t. And I know I can get Shimano compatible chainrings in these BCD's. The only question I have is will the spacing on the Sugino crankset be compatible with the modern Shimano derailleurs? If not, what is the correct spacing, since I may be able to use a combination of machining and spacers to make it work.

Phil.
