Early 80's Raleigh bottom bracket question

I have what I think is a 82-83 Japanese Raleigh Super Course (Raleigh Cycle Company of America), pretty original with 27" wheels. The bottom bracket cones are 34mm and the shell is 68mm. It has SR Super Custom double on it. I seem to have tossed the spindle but the Sugino cones look ok. Lockring is rusty. Anyone know what I need in terms of a spindle or have a spindle and lockring, or even better know if there's a cartridge bottom bracket that will work? Thanks in advance for any help.

Since you have a standard English/ISO bottom bracket (34.7mm = 1.375" x 24 TPI), you have LOTS of options, including traditional spindles and modern sealed bearing cartridges.
