help me identify my Campag. hubs
low flange
32 holes
threads for spin-on freewheel; hub body is stamped BSC English between the threads and the right flange
126mm rear axle
winged Campag. logo on hub body, centered between the flanges
no record-style clip-covered oil holes
I am guessing circa 1980, since they work with a standard 6-speed freewheel, but not a 7-speed.

I recently sold a pair that sounded like that. They were Victory 32 hole.

The little clip is what sez record. The record hubs today have a similar styling thing, although I doubt you could actually oil your bearings through it. Hourglass shape for the hub barrel is a victory/triomphe, straight barrel is a gran sport. Campy called 'em both gran sport, I think.

gran sport low flange (early 80's?). With the gran sport quick release lever (the knurled raised ring, one piece at the non-lever end. Record has a d-ring). I have a couple of pair in service and have never had a complaint. The only thing they lack is a little snob appeal.

As you can see from the picture, this rear hub is definitely designed for a 6-speed freewheel (standard, non-ultra SunTour shown), so I agree with your early 1980s (or very late 1970s) assessment.
