Need help identifying a 30's track frame

I got this frame awhile back, the guy who gave it up thought it was a early BSA track frame but wasn't sure...so I'm trying to find out.

First of it did have a BSA skip tooth track crank as well as a BSA BB when I got it but there were quite a few bikes with using those part around then I'm finding out.

Secondly, most apparently it has the narrowest seat stays I've ever seen 5mm in diameter not tapered, and of course no drilling in the bridge for brake.

furthermore its nickle plated or possibly old chrome, no decals but the ever so faint ghosting of what used to be a decal on the seat tube half way up 3 or 4 inches long, similer location of the 30's paramount decals?

The bearing cups for the headset are intergrated into the steer tube, the lugs are the "key hole" type what I've come to find in looking around. It has two side by side holes for a head badge but sadly no badge. Nor fork.

BB has an oiler hole, and a serial under that A 72 f

and lastly it the lightest steel frame I've ever held, scary light.

I'm at a loss, I'm a bit new to these old frame........but there sooo cool!

wow, nice frame, very interesting. I'm of no help with regard to ID, but I was wondering: Are you going to build it up?

yes, I can wait....I've been spending alot of time trying to figure out what it is, so it will give me some clue as to a style fork to start looking for.

found some really sweet wood sprint rims and a major taylor stem and bars,

I'd love to find a proper head badge that fit it, the old paramount one fits, but I was told its probably not a one...

Any ideas on where i might be able to find an older fork, and one of those clamp style headset clips?
