Bike ID---Major Nichols?

I got this racing bike, for free on the side of the road. Its a road bike, its green, it says Major Nichols on the down tube, it has the lil shifters on the ends of the bars, 15 speed, cinelli bars, Campongolo hubs, on the front it has a metal plate thing that says Major Nichols- lightweight racing bicycle- Durban Rd. Smithwicks. It has Rynolds forks i think.
I couldnt find anyting on the internet, one guy that saw it said it looked like a windsor...
Thanks allot
