French fleamarket repaint

Anybody know what this is ? Shot headset (lacked simply a spacer !) RD has Pat 81, french stem, headset and probably french SR BB. Paid 50 $ so still OK

In this case I pushed the video button when I tried to take a driveside picture so I took another one. If this is a Record or Jubilee from 81 what kind of threading does the BB have ?

Even more thatn that - just the barrel adjusters with the rubber donuts sell for $25/ea (NOS).

BTW - I could use a pair of adjuster if anyone has them. The one's on my Mondia are stripped.....
