Carlton Criterium question on BB size

A friend gave me a very beat, but still restorable Carlton Criterium frame and fork today, because he said I "needed one". He believes it to be a 1967 or 68, and it still has the neat-o "Guy on a bike" headbadge. Anyway, it's going to be my winter project bike, and I was wondering if this frame is going to require some funky-sized bottom bracket, or is the size an easily-accessible one? Also, any way I coould get a bb that I could use with cottered cranks? They just look so nice on these older frames.
Oh, and if anyone has any other info on these frames, that'd be great too!
