I just scored. . .

. . . a pair of Mavic GP4 rims (old style) with
nearly new Clement Paris-Roubaix tires.
for a whopping price of $25.00

I was talking to guy in LBS, mentioned wanting
Tubular rims, and he said "I've got tons of them
in the back".
He proceeds to take me to the back of the shop and
there they are, hubs cut out, collecting dust.
The Tires (what I really wanted) are in great condition.
Hold air (pumped em up for 2 days prior to buying!),
bottom tape still supple, could use a bit of latex in
a few places but nice.
Rims have no brake wear.

and there are tons more!
(I saw 1 pair Fiamme Yellow labels).
Sono pił lento di quel che sembra.
Odio la gente, tutti.

Good find! I found a new pannier yesterday for $3.99 Cdn no tax; it will be great for shopping and for transporting stuff around town.
