Looks like a lower end frame. Clean it, wax it and build it up.

+2 Just cleaning & waxing will make it look a whole lot better already. Post an 'after' pic too, we love that kind of thing!

Just to politely mention the forum rules:

"Excessive use of "AOL'ese" and "hAx0r" talk can be very disruptive so please keep it to a minimum."

This reminder is given virtually every time a new person joins the BMX forum...

Oh, and I agree that a good cleaning and waxing may significantly improve both the looks and value of the frame.

Dude, do you really want to pay shipping from Australia?

You would be better off checking the Philadelphia Craigslist... I see peugeots there pretty regularly.

I have been looking for one in NE PA since I saw your request, nothing yet.

Here's one in Northeastern NJ: http://newjersey.craigslist.org/bik/247573202.html
I called the seller: it's carbolite, so nothing high end - otherwise it wouldn't be there anymore!

Mercier 100. Problem points are the bottom bracket and headset, which will be French thread. If they are shot, they can be replaced, but means about 50$ to replace the two. Looking at the bike, I would also be concerned about stuck seatpost and/or stem.

I had a crapload of old lower end Pug frames, but I gave them all away.
