LeCircuit road bike?

Hello,

Anyone know or heard of LeCircuit? Is it a cheapo or decent road bike? I saw a mixte version for a good price.

Thanks!

Are you certain that is the name? Schwinn made some models called "Le Tour" and a very nice road bike named the "Circuit".

A clue to the quality of the road bike are the decals on the frame (Reynolds, Columbus, Tange) and the quality of the components. And, weight is also a clue. The best mixte frame bikes in a medium size weigh as little as 22 or 23 pounds. If the bike weighs 40 pounds, well...

No, it's not a Schwinn...

Looks like it's a lower end one... kinda heavy with cottered cranks ... Would do find for a casual cruser as it's in good condition.

This is all probably too late now but just in case
I have a LeCircuit (the L'elite model at that) it is a pretty unspectacular bike made well enough, but heavy, not great parts, all of the flash is stick-on etc. But it's a Canadian made bike (possibly even Quebec made) and you don't really see them around so if that's interesting to you and the price is ok it might be a fun bike just to have.
