What can you tell me about this Mavic Rim

Digging through my stuff and found a set of these Mavic tubular rims. I'm no expert so need some expertise. Thanks Guys!

Look for more info "engraved" into the rim itself. I have several Montlhery Championnat du Monde that use the same sticker. It appears this one may have used spoke washers.
