Roadmaster Lugged Frame

Anybody have Info on this Bike. It is a Roadmaster made in USA,Headbadge says Quincy IL.
Lugged Steel Frame. No tubing ID Decals but the Drops look good and the lugs look nice. Fork looks pretty cheap though.
Thought the frame may be a decent Single speed and or fixed canidate
