Picture is too small for these eyes. Try a larger one and include pertinent info such as derailleurs, brakes, frame material if there is a sticker, hub and rim, stem and bars. Any markings on the frame? I can see something on the top tube, but again...bigger pic is needed. It looks like it may have a Stronglight crankset on it, but that is a SWAG.

Alright, these should be better quality.
The red sticker on the bottom tube says mangalite or something similar (its 40 mins away)

It's a UO14, circa 1984. Frame is Mangalite double butted. That's a Stronglight 99 crank and Simplex SX410GT/SJA102 derailleurs. A nice, fairly light (26 lbs), lower midrange model. Original price would have been about $275 US. Resale price will depend on bicycle and local market conditions. Please remit 5% of your selling price.
