Should I trade or no?

Have a 62/63 (frame: L2xxxxx, hub "63 4")3 speed Schwinn Traveller in good "as found" condition. Minimal rust, some fading, sorta dull black paint missing headbadge, but solid wheels (DB spokes !) alloy headset, decent stainless fenders/chainguard and functioning generator light.

Am thinking of taking it to Indianapolis swap meet tomorrow and trying to trade for a similar vintage Raleigh/Hercules or other Birmingham/Nottingham product.

Am I nuts?

I know the Raleigh Sports-alike isn't going to be geared any differently, isn't really going to ride any differently etc.

Opinions solicited.

Thanks.

If it is what you want...do it.

I'm going to that swap meet tomorrow. It sounds like fun.

Your not nuts. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
