Does anyone know anything about Saccon brakes?

Found a set of brakes on ebay made by Saccon. They are sort of dual pivot style, very similar to GB Synchrons. Any info would be great.

Saccon are made in the province of Treviso in Italy. They are the cheapest Italian brakes that you can get, real bargain basement. Generally not much to write home about. Personally, I would not use them on any of my racing bikes.
