Help figuring out what brand frame I've been riding

All I know about my frame is that it is French and has this decal on it. Any idea what brand it is?

We're gonna need more pics, try taking them in better light, we'd like to see lugs, BB shell, seat cluster treatment etc...

I'll try and get my hands on a better camera, my cell phone won't cut it for all that I was just hoping that was some common decal. I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can get a camera though.
