Wards Hawthorne. Baloon Tire Guys, Help
I'm clueless about baloon tire stuff but this aluminum Wards Hawthorne was given to me today and I'm pretty taken by its' lines.
It's very rough, fork and rear triangle are bent, but I would like to get it back on the road as a "bob job" type crusier. Maybe try to polish the tubes.
If anybody has experiance with these, especially in re-aligning the frame (I'm bit leary of trying to pull it cold as I think the aluminum tubes could snap?) I'd appreciate any advise.
Also if anybody could give me an approximate year or history on these that would be great. Thanks in advance.
