I don't know, but I'd ask over in the SS/FG forum. They usaully know all the different kinds of upright bars.

The weird thing is they dip down then back up before they sweep.

They look like porter bars. The kind that come on practically all rod braked bikes. Except somebody has bent they down slightly.

don't true north bars dip down waaaay more. Yeah, those have a weird "W" shape. I actually have a set of titan porteur bars, they are more like 3sp bars rather than those. It's almost like someone took 3sp bars and sorta' "wiggled" them.
