Depends...does it work? What type of hub does it have? The front looks like a S-A Dynohub. I would certainly give $25 for it and if it has an S-A rear and appears to work I don't think that the $40 is out of line.

The seller says it has a hub brake. So it sounds like a drum brake, but I think it looks like a Dynohub too.

DOH! I didn't read the description...just glanced at the pictures FWIW a SA Dyno hub and one of the old SA drum brakes use the same external hub shell. Talk about value engineering IIRC all you have to do is swap the insides out.

That's a neat bit of information to know.
I would definitely take a look at the bike. If it says strumey-archer on it, that's a bargain.
