Windsor bike from Japan? halp!
Hi,
Can anyone tell me anything about this frame? I had thought that Windsor bicycles were made in Mexico, but this frame says it's made by Tsunoda in Japan.

This must be a late model vintage Windsor. (Mexican) Windsors I've seen have the serial number on the side of the seat tube below the saddle. Does that bike have a model name? Likely they had Tsunoda put them together, as many of the other companies had bikes built in Japan back then.
