Seeking opinions on fair pricing 1986 centurion Accordo

I have this 1986 Centurion Accordo. It was always a bit too small for me but I was much more flexible 21years ago. I spent around 225.00 to upgrade the shifters, freewheel, brake calipers, add inline brake levers, new seatpost & handlebars. I also changed out the quill stem for a threadless adapter so I could get the bars higher.

I want to sell it because it is still not comfortable for me-just can't get the bars high enough. I'm hoping to get the C&V folks' opinions on a fair asking price in the NY market. Do you think 250.00 is too much to ask? Any opinions or suggestions appreciated.

Specs: 49cm CTC frame Tange Infinity double butted CroMo, Sora 7 speed shifters, Shimano 7 speed freewheel, 105 brake calipers, Araya 700c alloy rims w/SR hubs, Armadillo tires, Sugino VP double crankset, Specialized inline brake levers. Thanks!

Stock and in good condition, about $150,anyway. With all the upgrades, you might be able to pull $250 in a hot market - but with winter coming in that window might be closing on you. I would recommend putting a regular stem on it to make it look more trim and "race ready", and heavily slant the ad copy towards women/juniors (especially in the title/heading).

$250 is not out of line, and you might get lucky and pull $300 if you present it right. Toss it on CL with a good description of the upgrades, and a nice clear picture and see what happens. Should get $200 in any case without too much trouble - if it is clean, ready to ride, and you present it well.
