Biked Called Santa Maria???

HELP! What is it? A friend brought over a bike she was given called a Santa Maria.... made in Italy, steel lugged some Campy-ish parts (the crank is a copy w/ no stamp but from 10 feet away looks like NR crankset. the model is called Record??
