Looks brand new, that frame!! Where did you get it? There was a seller in France handing out big NOS Corsa's by the dozens recently.
PM me your address and I will Overnight some crank bolts to you tomorrow morning.

Something I've been sorta pondering, kind of a mock up. Haven't ridden a real classic since last year.. I've had a lead for a possible legnano catch but that seems to have dried up.. thought I might bring the old work horse back from the dead.. this would make it a second time, always really liked this frame.. I'll definitely go weird as far as the build goes should I go on with it..!

One of the great things about the old steel frames is their ability to adapt. My '87 Pinarello went from 7sp to 8sp to STI. The rear was easily spread to the wider axel width.
The new carbon frames won't be able to adapt should the standard change in the future.
CroMo can always be updated by a good frame builder.

It came from the land down under and trust me it is far from NOS. Has plenty of chips and touch ups in the paint, but looks good from a distance. I don't mind though as I will be more likely to ride it than worry about scratching it. That's a very generous offer on the crank bolts, but I think I've got it covered. They're Octalink self extracting and I've got a set on order so I think I will be fine. Thanks so much for the offer!

before and after of my Bottecchia SLX
I'm sorry for posting so many pics of my bike but I wanted to show the before and after pics from when I brought it home (top pic) to how it looks currently (bottom pic).
Items I'd like to swap before I could call it finished would be the 66-44's for some 64-40's, the chrome Elite cages for some stainless ones, the SLR for an Aliante or Concor Light, the 12-25 for a 12-27 and the 52-39's for some alloy Centaur 50-34 cranks.

Recent updated pic and ride report. Swapped the saddle to a Flight. Just couldn't make the Concor Light comfortable. The bike rides like a Caddy. Smooth as silk, but still just the right amount of stiffness. Light enough to climb with relative ease. I think it will be a keeper.

Not quite as early as some of the others I have seen posted here, but... early 90s Basso frame outfitted with all new components:
