a "Dynamax" french bike?

I found this on ebay, it looks like a nice frame (through the blur of the bad pictures). But I have no idea what it is, nor can I find refrence to it (even on sheldon's site).

Consensus seems to be they were Motobecane made bikes sold under a different name.
