Your not getting a reply because your on the wrong forum, not saying that you not welcome, just that you'd do a lot better in the mountain bike forum, https://www.bikeforums.net/mountain-biking/

I tried for over a year to find a RockShox Judy for my Nishiki Ariel with a 1" threaded steerer. They're out there if I spent more than the bike is worth. Lot's of luck if you need a 5 1/2 inch steerer because everyone else does too. And you have to be careful because many of the shocks are elastomer, not spring, and the elastomers are now toast. I would have settled for a RockShox Quad21 but they were not readily available at a reasonable price either.
I finally settled on a SR Suntour shock from NYCBikes with a 5 5/8" threaded steerer. I used that for two seasons, then the springs relaxed. So I moved on to a NOS DuoTrack 2002. That seems to be working out.
I sincerely wish you luck finding your fork, be prepared to spend some bucks and bid often for a Judy.
Here's a pic of the Nishiki with the Suntour fork. BTW this was a rigid to suspension conversion, but that's another story.
