a "Dynamax" french bike?

I found this on ebay, it looks like a nice frame (through the blur of the bad pictures). But I have no idea what it is, nor can I find refrence to it (even on sheldon's site).

ebay # 300178754673

There was just a long thread about these bikes a couple days ago:

http://bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=368214

Consensus seems to be they were Motobecane made bikes sold under a different name.
