I would like to teach my son (who is a great artist) to use an air brush to paint bike frames for my flip-um bikes. I have two compressors, but am clueless on what paint to by and what kind of brushes I need etc. I would guess I need auto air brush paint, but can someone (like Dr. D!) give us some pointers on what to buy to get started or recommend a good web-site,book or DVD on the basics. He is 9 and loves flames, so I want to get him started on this hobby art!

I sure can!

Just not today.

And I'm almost ready to post a thread regarding using cut vinyl stencils & an airbrush.
Stay tuned!

Happy Late December!

I have a single action Badger that I used to use for model painting. My compressor is one that was converted from an air-powered door opener.
