It's just a fitting machine. The owner must not know what he has. Notice all the adjustable fittings on it? Why not buy it and start your own custom fitting service.

Seems silly to put the Campy parts on it but it is a legitimate frame sizing tool

It's all part of the sales psychology. Which would 'feel' better, getting fitted on a Campy or Wald equipped frame?

I've looked back a month at his auctions and they look the same... format, font, slaughtered englishe etc. Feedback is great too.

I see the seller also has a "Cinelli Fuso". You would think someone from California selling bike parts would know what a Fuso was. Maybe he's just keyword spamming.
