It's 20" - I'm pretty sure that's her theoretical maximum on a diamond frame, but my memory might be failing me. Maybe it's 19" she needs.

That is one sharp-looking frame. It looks as though it should have a Sturmey-Archer 3- or 4-speed hub with a top tube mounted shifter.

Apparently it has a braze-on for a pulley, which is my favourite way or routing for an SA.
