Questions about a beat up old Bianchi.

I pick up this little bike the other day for my wife. Looks like it might be a tad big for her, plus she's saying she wants mountain bike handle bars on it, so I'm thinking of selling it. Before I do though, I have a few questions.
    1. What kind of tubing is it made of? There's not much left of the columbus sticker.
    2. Who made the cranks? They say Bianchi on them, but are they rebranded something else?
    3. I have a buddy that wants the campy shifters and another that wants the fork. Since it's so beat up, would it make sense to part it out, money wise? The derailers are Campy <edit: Nuovo > Record, the wheels are mismatched but nice enough and the bars and stem are 3ttt.
    4. What did the sticker in the last picture say?
    5. It has 1022 stamped on one side of the seat lug and 4 E stamped on the other side. What does that mean?

1022 and 4E on seat tube are some sort of serial number I believe.
Cranks look like campagnolo and if so Super Record rings.
Tubing is Columbus, I'm not sure if it is full columbus tubing or tretubi (main tubes only)
I don't think this is the Bianchi special tubing.
Record derailleurs, not Nuovo Record? that derailleur was first produced in 1963, Nuovo Record came
out in 1966. Is there a patent date on the derailleur (on body just above pivot bolt).
I'd say do not part it out, it's one of the higher end Bianchi's (specialissima or superleggera I'm not
    to sure on models).

It's about an '83 or '84 Nuovo Racing or Alloro. Should have Campy NR Drivetrain, Ofmega crank, Ofmega hubs, Ofmega post. Universal 77 or Modolo brakeset. TTT stem and TTT Gran Prix bars. Mavic Mod E clincher rims. Looks like most of that stuff is still there. It's Columbus tretubi. Solid entry/mid level bike. Nice small size, cleaned up well it should sell quite easily on ebay.

Thanks for the good info! The front wheel is in fact Ofmega/Mavic, the rear hub is not branded. Brakeset is Modolo Flash.

*sigh* now I just have to make myself to sell it. I ride a 51, this is a 48. I suppose I could just swap out the stem and seatpost and ride it.
