Anybody know anything about this bike 'Tracker'

I was given this bike by a friend sadly it's in England at the moment, attached is one of the pictures I was sent.
Does anybody recognise this bike and have any information on it?

It looks a little like a budget version of a Raleigh Chopper from the 70's.
