Any information on this bike - $300 seems way overpriced?

Vintage ROSS CENTAUR 12 speed Road Bike. Looks like early 80's, age unknown but almost like new! This bike is beautiful! If ever ridden it was very little. Everything works like new. Except for a small scrape on top bar the blue and white paint is near flawless. Cr-Mo Tubing. Lugged Frame. Dia-Compe brake calipers with Aero brake levers. Araya 700 x 1 1/4" Rims with Ross tires, extra new set included. Quick-release Hubs. Biopace Crank. Shimano Light Action Derailleurs. Vetta seat. Allara Water Bottle Holder. Measures 53cm from crank center up seat tube to center of top rail. Top tube length is 54cm from center of seat tube to center of head tube. 31 1/2" standover height. The Centaur is probably an '86 and isn't worth $300 IMO. I had one just like it awhile back that I bought from my neighbor for $50 and tuned up and gave to my sister in law. It rode nice enough, but I couldn't bring myself to be seen riding a pink and white Ross.
