I could not find anything, good luck.
LA Poste said it was too big, and DHL/UPS was very expensive. COuld never find a slow boat type shipping company. I know it is possible, but i just could never find the cheap method.
If you can find someone coming here from france then have them bring on the plane.

Did a frame from Italy last year $145 bucks - $15 custom fee. I looked at shipping a Tandem and a single from England a while back - cheapest way was a cheap ticket in and bring them back with me. I also know business to business is alot cheaper so next time will go that route - Santana also has a speclal shipping deal with Danza if you use one of their boxes. It takes work, but there are solutions.
