Well I just assumed!
I know what you mean though! I was surprised at how much plain steel was tied to the rails! I really was looking for high end to shoot but it just wasn't there!
Does it mean something is in the wind or are Chicago people just more economical?

Who wants to park anything valueabe thats just going to be stolen? When I go to work I commute on a POS cause I have to leave it locked up somewhere all day, I dont exactly live in a big city either, but why risk it?
