Bama? not biking around alabama.

I bought a very light road frame in Hungary while there and shipped it home. now that I am home and have it in my hands again i am searching for more answers.

brand stickers say Bama.

columbus sticker that says 'foderi Laminati'. is this a tube set? I am curious what this means if anything or if it is just a random columbus sticker posted on the seat tube, while I was there I found a bunch of columbus stickers for different tubes and styles. one was a set that said columbus offroad.
beautiful Columbus rear drop outs which i have never seen before aswel.

cinelli bottom bracket and what looks like matching lugs all around the frame. the serial number is 62
(bullit)01 on the left side of the bb. there is also a long number in tiny writing on the bottom bracket above the Cinelli logo.

photo's once i find the digital.

Thanks Wyatt.
