What's your intended purpose for it? Looks like it would make a great all-around bike. Can probably take wider tires than most vintage touring frames. Plan to run wide, wide tires?

On the other hand, it's got shorter chainstays than dedicated touring frames, so if you plan fully loaded tours using rear panniers, you could encounter heel strike problems, and the overall wheelbase (stability under load) will be shorter than some dedicated touring frames. I don't see lowrider rack mounts on the 2008 model, and it's only got single eyelets front and rear. The geometry seems better suited to cyclocross, or shorter, faster rough-stuff riding.

In the long run, if it's exactly what you want, I'd go for it. On the other hand, if you plan major changes (as I always seem to), custom building a vintage frame might end up being more cost effective.
